The Bethesda Soccer Club (BSC) was established in 1979 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The club proudly serves over 1100 boys and girls across 80 teams, starting with our junior program at age four and continuing through our high school seniors.
BSC provides an environment that promotes disciplined young leaders and athletes with lifelong skills while offering world-class soccer opportunities. While the club’s most recognizable moments may be its national championships and other outstanding on-field performances, its most important contributions could be the opportunities it provides its scholarship athletes every season.
Bethesda Soccer Club is pleased to offer a scholarship program to help families offset club fees. The club has a limited number of scholarships available, and the number of players receiving aid and the amount of the scholarship will vary depending on the funds available. Contributions, camp, and tournament proceeds fund scholarships.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
STEP 1:
To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must be offered and accepted a roster spot on one of our bethesda soccer club teams. The player must be registered and have paid a deposit to the club.
Step 2:
Once done, please complete the online application in full.
Step 3:
We will require financial information from both parents if appropriate and applicable. All documents can be uploaded via the leagueapps application.
Step 4:
The scholarship committee will review applications. All information will be kept confidential.
Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated needs. Financial need will be the only determinant in receiving a scholarship. Families are responsible for paying any uniform, club, coaching, or team expenses not covered by the scholarship. Parents and players receiving scholarship funds are strongly encouraged to volunteer their time back to the club to help out their team or at club events
