Looking for a fun way to celebrate your child’s birthday, school event, work event, or adult party? Come to the Bethesda Indoor Facility! Our parties are super popular, offering various options to make everyone of any age happy.
Get ready to score big and blast during your Sports Party extravaganza! Whether you’re a soccer superstar, dodgeball pro, or love the thrill of competition, this party is perfect for sports enthusiasts of all ages.

Party Checklist
How to Book Your Party?
Bethesda Soccer has made booking as easy as possible! Email us with your party request, and we will do the rest!
Please include:
- Name and reason for party (kids, adults, company, etc).
- Your name and relation to the party.
- The number of people you plan to invite.
- Type of party package.
Our Birthday Party Coordinator will reach out to you as soon as possible. They will schedule the party with you, go over party details, collect your deposit, and answer any questions you might have!
Please note: party deposits are non-refundable.
Party Deposit
Party Deposit:
- When booking using a debit or credit card, a $200.00 non-refundable deposit for Basic and $400.00 for Champions is required to reserve your party spot.
- Your deposit will be applied towards your final party balance.
- The party deposit is non-refundable.
Party Balance:
- The full party balance (including a 10% tax) is required on the party date.
- If your balance is not paid at the end of your party, Bethesda SC reserves the right to bill your card on file for the full amount owed.
- Your final headcount for child participants will be assessed during the party. You will not be charged for children who do not show up on the day of the party. Additional children are billed at the rate of the package.

Champions Party Package
Premier - $999

- 12 kids ($29.99 per extra kid)
- Sports equipment
- Sports-themed decorations, tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, serving bowls, a cooler with ice for drinks on the field, candles, a cake knife, and a lighter.

Items Not Included
These items are not included, but parties are more than welcome to bring these items from home or have food delivered*:
- Food, snacks, and drinks
- Birthday cake or cupcakes
*We allow delivery from any surrounding food vendor. We recommend delivering food at least 15-20 minutes before your party.

- Additional Field Time: $150/hour. Please consult our party coordinator for availability and pricing.

FAQs
Frequently asked party questions:
- How early should our party arrive?
We ask that party members arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their start time. When you arrive, a party greeter will check you in. Each attendee must check in ahead of time and have a completed party waiver. - Can I order food to be delivered from any of the surrounding food places?
Yes! We just ask that food be delivered at least 15-20 minutes before you plan to eat. - Are parents allowed to stay and watch? Absolutely! Although parents are not required to stay, they are welcome to participate in the party.
- How many children can participate in the party?
The maximum number of people per field allowed at a party is 24. - What days are available to book a party?
Parties can be booked on Saturdays or Sundays. If you need to book a party on a weekday or Friday, please discuss availability with our party coordinator.
*Please be aware that on weekends, especially in the winter, the Bethesda Indoor Facility may have other tournaments, leagues, and programs simultaneously with your party.* - What if someone at the party has an allergy or disability?
If someone in your party has an allergy or disability, please inform our party coordinator when booking. - Do we need to bring any equipment?
Depends on the package. For the Champions League package, we provide all the party equipment. Please note: we are not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment brought from home. - What if I need to change my party date or time?
At this time, we cannot honor rescheduling for non-emergency reasons. In the event of inclement weather or if your child is sick, please contact our party coordinator with your concerns. - Can I add more things on the day of the party?
Additional children can be added on the day of the party. We don't have any other add-ons at the last minute for planning purposes, and we appreciate your understanding of this.
