About Bethesda
About our Soccer
Small group soccer training offers personalized coaching, focusing on technical skills like passing, dribbling, and shooting through repetitive exercises and game-like conditions. It provides a challenging, game-competitive environment where coaches can track progress and personalize training to improve a player's technical abilities. The training often follows a three-part framework, starting with individual fundamental work, introducing pressure and game-related skills, and concluding with sessions that simulate real game conditions.
