Nadir is one of the most decorated coaches in the area, working with dozens of teams in over 25 years and winning the top division of almost every league offered in the area, including ECNL, CCL, WAGS, NCSL, ECRL/VPL, and EDP.  He’s also been extremely successful in USYS competitions having been a USYS National Finalist (2016), Region 1 Champion (2016), Region 1 Finalist (2015), Region 1 Semi-Finalist (2011), eight VA State Cup Championships (2009,  2010, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2021, 2022, 2023), one MD State Cup Championship (2021) and had twenty-one State Cup Final Four appearances in two states with seven different teams.
Within the ECNL, he has coached three of the best teams in the country, which included a perfect season with a National Championship in 2017-18, the number one ranked team in the nation that went undefeated in 35 games in 2019-20 (COVID-shortened year), and ECNL National Semi-Finalists in 2015.  Nadir has been the champion of the Mid-Atlantic conference nine times and helped nine out of the ten ECNL teams he has coached make it to the Champions League (the other team has made North America twice).
In recognition of his success, Nadir was selected by the United Soccer Coaches as the National Youth Soccer Coach of the Year in 2018. He has sent more than 250+ players to NCAA colleges, including every top program in the country, and coached over two dozen professional players (including two selected in the 2024 NWSL Draft).
Outside of the youth game, he is also an assistant coach for Howard University. Nadir helped the Lady Bison win multiple conference titles and make appearances in the NCAA D1 tournament in which they have lifelong memories playing the likes of UNC, UVA, and Duke.
Nadir coached the McLean W-League team during the 2022 and 2023 summers.  In the inaugural year, they were ranked as the top team for most of the year until losing in the National Semi-Finals at Minnesota.  The majority of that team has went on to play professionally in the NWSL, USL, or abroad.
