About Eric: Coach Tin holds a United States Soccer Federation “A” National Coaches License, a United States Soccer
Federation National Youth License and an NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma. Eric has been with BSC since 2007.
At the club level, Eric’s teams have won the Bethesda Premier Cup, the Potomac Memorial Day Championship, the APC Premier Cup, the Arlington Spring Invitational, the Maryland State Cup Futsal Championship, the Northeast Regional Futsal Championship, the Virginia Futsal State Cup Championship, and the National Futsal Championship.
Eric has also served as the soccer coach at North Bethesda Middle School, Henry A. Wise High School, and Walter Johnson High School. Previously Coach Tin won two regional championships while coaching at High Point High School. At the state level, he has worked as an ODP coach for the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association and was named the MSYSA Competitive Coach of the Year.
Coach Tin played college soccer at Stony Brook University (NCAA Division 1) under Coach Scott Dean, who is currently the boy’s soccer director of IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida. He played club soccer for SC GJOA in Brooklyn New York, where he made the CJSL Select Team and CJSL Senior Showcase Team.
Tin is currently a teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools.
