The BSC clinic is a dynamic training program designed to develop foundational athletic skills in young athletes. Through agility drills, speed training, and strength exercises, participants will enhance their physical capabilities in a safe and supportive environment.

Registration is for all players, boys and girls.

PRICING:
1 Session - $50.00 per player
10 Sessions - $400 per player

Program

Program Structure

Each session is structured to provide a balanced approach to athletic development:

  • Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body for physical activity.

  • Agility Drills: Ladder drills, cone weaving, and shuttle runs to enhance quickness and coordination.

  • Speed Training: Sprints, plyometric exercises, and acceleration techniques to improve running mechanics and explosiveness.

  • Strength Training: Bodyweight exercises, resistance band work, and light weightlifting to build muscular endurance and functional strength.

  • Cool-Down: Static stretching and breathing exercises to promote recovery and flexibility.

Program Objectives

  • Enhance Athletic Performance: Develop speed, agility, and strength to improve overall athleticism.

  • Promote Injury Prevention: Strengthen muscles and improve coordination to reduce the risk of injuries.

  • Build Confidence: Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and self-esteem.
