The BSC clinic is a dynamic training program designed to develop foundational athletic skills in young athletes. Through agility drills, speed training, and strength exercises, participants will enhance their physical capabilities in a safe and supportive environment.

10 Sessions - $400 per player

Program Structure
Each session is structured to provide a balanced approach to athletic development:

Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body for physical activity.

Agility Drills: Ladder drills, cone weaving, and shuttle runs to enhance quickness and coordination.

Speed Training: Sprints, plyometric exercises, and acceleration techniques to improve running mechanics and explosiveness.

Strength Training: Bodyweight exercises, resistance band work, and light weightlifting to build muscular endurance and functional strength.

Cool-Down: Static stretching and breathing exercises to promote recovery and flexibility.
