About Pavel: Coach Nedelkovski joins the BSC Family after an extensive coaching career in Europe. Prior to joining Bethesda he served as the Director of Academy at FC Vardar in Macedonia. During his tenure with Vardar he oversaw the overall youth program, created and implemented a coaching curriculum, and oversaw scouting and performance analysis at the youth levels. His teams were quite successful during his time there winning the U9 (2016-2017), U10 (2014-2015), and U12 (2017-2018) National Championships and placing as a runners-up at the U13 level in 2015-2016. Prior to his work at Vardar he also served as the Director of Coaching at FC Rabotnicki Skopje from 2008-2013. With Skopje his program won national titles at the U10 (2012-2013) and U11 (2011-2012) age levels and were a runners-up at the U18 level (2009-2010).

In addition to his coaching career Pavel played ten years professionally in Europe featuring for Vardar (1997-1998), Rabotnicki (1998-2003), FC Belasica (2003-2004), FC Radnicki Nish. (2004-2005), and FC Metalurg Skopje (2006-2007). He also featured for the Macedonian under-21 National Team.

Pavel currently holds a UEFA ‘A’ Coaches License and UEFA ‘B’ Coaches License and has undergone coaching training with the UEFA Development Program. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Cyril and Methodius in Macedonia.
