Events

Throughout the year BSC will hold events, clinics, and seminars aimed to further our players and families experience with the club. All off-the-field functions are designed to not only to strengthen our players on the pitch but give them an opportunity to learn and grow as individuals. Oh, and occasionally have a little bit of fun.

Below are some of the events that the club hosts. Please make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our calendar in LeagueApps to keep up-to-date on all of the latest happenings with the club.

2020 Bethesda Soccer Club Scholarship Gala

February 29, 2020 at Lakewood Country Club

The Bethesda Soccer Club (BSC) was established in 1979 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The club proudly serves more than 1100 boys and girls across 80 teams starting with our juniors program at age four through our high school seniors.

Through the years, the BSC scholarship fund has been specifically dedicated to providing financial support to local youth who would ordinarily not have the opportunity to play travel soccer. For many of our scholarship athletes, their BSC practices and games provide an important, scheduled after school-activity encouraging them to be involved and productive members of a community. Time spent with coaches and fellow players who value them affords the scholarship athlete a chance to excel as a leader and teammate, while also providing a physical fitness outlet. For some, their BSC experience becomes an important element of their profile on the path to college.

To learn more about our Scholarship Gala please go to our Scholarship website. In the meantime if you have questions please contact our Marketing and Communications Coordinator Sean Maslin at smaslin@bethesdasoccer.org
