2008 Meeting Dates
25th Annual Thanksgiving Tournament

All meetings (except Sept 29 and Oct 1) will be held at the Potomac Community Center, 11315 Falls Road, Potomac, beginning at 7:00 pm.  Sept 29 and Oct 1 meetings will be held at the Gaithersburg Hilton for age group coordinators only.

All teams must have one representative present at each meeting.  The tournament is a huge undertaking and it is unfair to have some teams shoulder all the work.  There will be a fine of $50 for each team not present at a meeting.

Each team needs to select one individual who will be the official team representative to attend the tournament meetings and act as the liason between the tournament committee and the team families.  If you have not done so, please email Rhonda Goldberg with the name of your team representative and his/her email address, home phone number, cell phone number, and your team name and age group.
