The tournament recently has signed on with GotSoccer's SoccerScheduler.com to utilize its scheduling and player data services.  Although teams did not apply to the tournament through this service, Bethesda Soccer Club has entered the accepted teams into the tournament database at GotSoccer's Soccer Scheduler and set each with a team page.  This team page gives access to apply with other tournaments affiliated with SoccerScheduler.com.

To access the team page, go to
http://www.soccerscheduler.com/teams/.  An email has been sent to each team concerning their login name and password.  Those unable to access their team page should contact their respective Age Group Coordinator.

Teams previously registered with SoccerScheduler.com that have their team page already set on its site, need to directly contact SoccerScheduler.com and arrange for consolidation of their pages. Email GotSoccer's Gavin Owen-Thomas at gavin@soccerscheduler.com for assistance.

TEAM ROSTERS

All teams need to submit their team rosters by Thursday, 14 October.  Failure to do so will mean that your roster will not be printed in the Tournament Program.

U16 teams and older should enter player data and college recruiting information for use by the college coaches attending the tournament.  This database is accessible year round to college coaches across the nation.  It is a useful recruiting tool that is available for our tournament and others as well. 

Teams need to enter their tex-message address on their mobile phones.  If the address us unknown, there are links on team page to help find it.  Text messages will be used to advise teams of any last minute schedule changes during the tournament.

The team page can be accessed at any time, information can be edited to keep records updated, including the contact and coach information on the team page.
