Medical Emergency

• For teams playing at the SoccerPlex, Muldoon's Farm and the Polo Grounds, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital is the nearest location.  It is located at 9901 Medical Center Drive, Rockville, MD 20850.  The phone number is (301) 279-6000.  It is located approximately one mile off of I-270. To reach the hospital, take I-270 to the Shady Grove Road exit (exit 8) Travel west on Shady Grove Road just over one mile.  MAP
• For teams playing at Olney Community Park, Montgomery General Hospital is the nearest location.  It is located at 18101 Prince Philip Drive, Olney, MD 20832.  The phone number is 301-774-8882.  Take Route 108 North, past Georgia Avenue.  The hospital is on the left.  MAP

A: Hilton Hotel - Gaithersburg

620 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 301-977-8900, 1-800-599-5111 From Baltimore or VA: Take I-495 to I-270 north and follow I-270 North to exit 11 East, Montgomery Village Ave. Turn right on Rt. 355, Frederick Rd. Make a right turn onto Perry Parkway at first traffic light. Hotel is on the right.

B: Muldoon’s Farm  MAP

Beallsville Road, Poolesville, MD 20837 [From Baltimore or VA] Take I-495 to I-270 north. Take exit 6 (Route 28 or Darnestown Rd.) west. Stay on Route 28 towards Darnestown. Stay on Darnestown Rd., cross Quince Orchard Rd. (Route 124) and Germantown Rd. (Route 118). * Turn left on Jerusalem Road, and take Jerusalem Road to the end. At Elgin Rd. (Route 109) turn right and continue to fields on right behind outdoor horse arena. (Look for posted signs.) [From points north] Take I-270 to exit 15B (Route 118). Continue south on Germantown Road (Route 118) for about four miles to Darnestown Road (Route 28). Turn right and follow from * above. [Alternate directions from River Road] From I-495, take River Road (Route 190) heading west toward Potomac. At the point where it hits Route 112, near Bretton Woods Country Club, turn left and continue on River Road. After Montevideo Road, the next street is Partnership Road. Turn right. Take Partnership Road to the very end and it will come to Whites Ferry Road (Route 107) bear to the left and continue on Whites Ferry Road (about 5.8 miles from Route 124). Stay on Whites Ferry Road (Route 107) through Poolesville (it will become Fisher Avenue) for about 4.8 miles. At Elgin Road (Route 109) turn right and continue about 1/2 mile (Elgin Road becomes Beallsville Road). The entrance to Muldoon's Farm is on the right, to the left of the horse arena.

C: Olney Community Park  MAP

Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park at Freeman Fields – 4501 Olney Laytonsville Road, Olney MD 20832 [From Baltimore or VA] Take I-495 to Georgia Ave. (Route 97) north, exit 31A. Proceed 10.2 miles to Route 108 (Olney Laytonsville Rd.). Turn left onto Route 108 and proceed west 1.7 miles. Make right onto Volunteer Drive into park. Fields #1 and #2 are on the left. Fields #3 and #4 are on the right. Drive towards the baseball complex, Fields #5 and #6 are in the back. [From Gaithersburg and points north] Take I-270 to exit 8 (Shady Grove Road). Go east on Shady Grove Road for 2.6 miles. Turn right onto Muncaster Mill Road. Proceed .2 miles. Make left at first light onto Muncaster Road. Proceed 3.4 miles making right onto Route 108 east. Go 1.5 miles and make a left onto Volunteer Drive into park. Fields #1 and #2 are on the left. Fields #3 and #4 are on the right. Drive towards the baseball complex, Fields #5 and #6 are in the back.

D: Polo Grounds  MAP

Hughes Road, Poolesville, MD [From Baltimore or VA] Take I-495 toward Virginia – Exit at River Road (only one exit). At end of ramp turn left onto River Road. Proceed west on River Road 11 miles to stop sign. Turn left (you will still be on River Road) drive four miles taking a right on Hughes Road. Take Hughes Road one mile to Soccer Entrance to Polo Grounds on left. Please follow directional signs for entry and exit from Polo Grounds [Alternate Route for all points except West] Take I-495, toward Virginia – Take I-270 north toward Frederick. Exit at Route 28 west (Rockville-Darnestown exit). Proceed on Route 28 approx. 8 miles to Seneca Road (traffic light, Texaco station on left). Turn left on Seneca Road, approx. 9 miles to right on Hughes Road. Take Hughes Road one mile to Soccer Entrance to Polo Grounds on left. Please follow directional signs for entry and exit from Polo Grounds. [From Gaithersburg and points north]: South on I-270 to Hyattstown exit, Route 109. Go west on Route 109 towards Poolesville. At traffic light in Poolesville, turn left on Route 107. Take Route 107 one mile to right on Tom Fox Ave. At stop sign, turn left on Hughes Road, drive approx. 2 miles to entrance to Polo Grounds on right. Please follow directional signs for entry and exit from Polo Grounds.

E: SoccerPlex  MAP

18031 Central Park Circle Boyds, MD 20841 [From Baltimore and VA] Take I-495 North to I-270 north. Take I-270 to Exit 15B (Route 118 - Germantown Road). * Stay on Route 118 for 2.8 miles to Richter Farm Road (you will cross Route 117-Clopper Road). Turn right on Richter Farm Road and take it to Schaeffer Road. Turn left on Schaeffer Road. The SoccerPlex entrance is on your right in 0.3 mile. [From Frederick and points north] Take I-270 South to exit 15B (Route 118 - Germantown Road). Turn right and follow * above. NOTE: For traffic control purposes, ALL cars must use the directions above.

F: Olney Route 108  MAP

4401 Olney Laytonsville Rd (Rt 108), Olney, MD [From Baltimore or VA] Take I-495 to Georgia Ave. (Route 97) north, exit 31A. Proceed 10.2 miles to Route 108 (Olney Laytonsville Rd.). Turn left onto Route 108 and proceed west 1.7 miles. Field is on the right, before entrance to Olney Community Park. [From Gaithersburg and points north] Take I-270 to exit 8 (Shady Grove Road). Go east on Shady Grove Road for 2.6 miles. Turn right onto Muncaster Mill Road. Proceed .2 miles. Make left at first light onto Muncaster Road. Proceed 3.4 miles making right onto Route 108 east. Fields are on the left, past the entrance for Olney Community Park.

G: Rosa Parks Middle School  MAP

19200 Olney Mill Rd, Olney, MD Take Beltway (I-495) to I-270 toward Frederick. Take Shady Grove Road Exit (#8) and keep to the right (Redland Road) East. Stay on Redland Road for several miles passing the Shady Grove Metro Station. Redland Road changes name to Muncaster Road at the intersection with Muncaster Mill Road. Stay on Muncaster Road until it dead-ends at Rt. 108. Turn right at the light going east on Rt. 108 toward Olney Go past the Olney Soccer Club Field to the light at Olney Mill Road. Turn left into the Olney Mill Subdivision. School is a few blocks down on the left. Soccer fields are left and back of the school. From Olney: Take Georgia Ave. North (Rt. 97) from Beltway, take Georgia Ave. South (Rt. 97) from I-70, take Rt. 108 West from Columbia/Rt. 32 into the Olney town center traffic light. (Intersection of Rt. 108 and Georgia Ave.) Proceed West on Rt. 108 toward Laytonsville to light at Olney Mill Road. Turn right into Olney Mill Subdivision. School is a few blocks down on the left. Soccer fields are left and back of the school.
