Accommodations

All accepted teams requiring overnight stay must use the reservation services of the Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, Maryland, Inc. (CVB).  Click on the link below to make your hotel reservations.  You will need to register prior to viewing the hotel list and accessing the reservation forms by creating a user name and password.  This will allow you to log back into the reservations and make changes until the housing reservation deadline.  It is recommended that the U11 & U12 teams reserve rooms in either Rockville or Silver Spring because the venue for those age groups will be at OBGC Community Park fields.  These fields are closer to the hotels in those areas. An important thing to note is that any team not using the approved services of CVB will not be permitted to participate in the tournament and a refund will not be issued. 

Please note that Conference & Visitors Bureau has extended the registration deadlines:

• The deadline for the girls tournament is midnight, 15 October
• The deadline for the boys tournament is midnight, 19 October.
